 Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

We do not ship Rehmat Green Plant Nursery Farm products out of Pakistan.

Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.

Plants Universe is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card or Cash on Devlivery at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). Rehmat Green Plant Nursery Farm is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Payments

Plants Universe work on cash on devlivery method. All major credit cards are also accepted.

Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services, you may contact our helpdesk.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products

For Pakistan customers, the shipping charge may changed according to your shipping address.

We do not ship products out of Pakistan. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.

However, the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different plants to be delivered at different locations. This is because the products are being sourced and shipped from different cities.

Disclaimer

The product will be delivered for all urban areas in Pakistan serviceable by major courier agencies. For remote/rural areas the product will be sent by local couriers / Pakistan Speed Post and may take more time.

گھریلو خریداروں کے لیے، آرڈرز صرف رجسٹرڈ ڈومیسٹک کورئیر کمپنیوں اور/یا اسپیڈ پوسٹ کے ذریعے بھیجے جاتے ہیں۔

ہم رحمت گرین پلانٹ نرسری فارم کی مصنوعات پاکستان سے باہر نہیں بھیجتے۔

آرڈرز 7 کام کے دنوں کے اندر بھیجے جاتے ہیں یا آرڈر کی تصدیق اور شپمنٹ کی ترسیل کے وقت طے شدہ ڈیلیوری کی تاریخ کے مطابق کورئیر کمپنی/پوسٹ آفس کے اصولوں کے مطابق۔

پلانٹس یونیورس کورئیر کمپنی/پوسٹل اتھارٹیز کے ذریعے ترسیل میں کسی تاخیر کا ذمہ دار نہیں ہے اور صرف آرڈر اور ادائیگی کی تاریخ سے 7 کام کے دنوں کے اندر یا ترسیل کی تاریخ کے مطابق کھیپ کورئیر کمپنی یا پوسٹل حکام کے حوالے کرنے کی ضمانت دیتا ہے۔ آرڈر کی تصدیق کے وقت اتفاق کیا۔

تمام آرڈرز کی ڈیلیوری ہر وقت کریڈٹ/ڈیبٹ کارڈ یا کیش آن ڈیولوری کے مطابق خریدار کے رجسٹرڈ پتے پر کی جائے گی (جب تک کہ آرڈر کے وقت اس کی وضاحت نہ کی گئی ہو)۔ رحمت گرین پلانٹ نرسری فارم خریدار کو ٹرانزٹ کے دوران آرڈر کو پہنچنے والے کسی بھی نقصان کا ذمہ دار نہیں ہے۔

پلانٹس یونیورس کیش آن ڈیلیوری طریقہ پر کام کرتے ہیں۔ تمام بڑے کریڈٹ کارڈز بھی قبول کیے جاتے ہیں۔

ہماری خدمات کی ترسیل کی تصدیق آپ کے میل آئی ڈی پر کی جائے گی جیسا کہ رجسٹریشن کے دوران بیان کیا گیا ہے۔ ہماری خدمات کو استعمال کرنے میں کسی بھی مسئلے کے لیے، آپ ہمارے ہیلپ ڈیسک سے رابطہ کر سکتے ہیں۔

پروڈکٹ کو پاکستان کے تمام شہری علاقوں میں پہنچایا جائے گا جو بڑی کورئیر ایجنسیوں کے ذریعے قابل خدمت ہیں۔ دور دراز/دیہی علاقوں کے لیے پروڈکٹ مقامی کوریئرز/پاکستان سپیڈ پوسٹ کے ذریعے بھیجی جائے گی اور اس میں مزید وقت لگ سکتا ہے۔
